Promotional and gift vouchers can be used on the site. Only one coupon per order is accepted. You will be prompted to insert the code when finalizing your order. If you encounter any difficulties using your voucher, please contact our customer service department via the contact section.

If a painting among the proposed artists is not in our catalog or if you wish to propose a painter who practiced before the XXth century, you can submit your request and your dimensions. Our team will take care of sending you an estimate and our painters will take care of the rest.

As reproduction is legally possible only 70 years after the artist's death, when it enters the public domain, we cannot offer reproduction of artworks from the post-1950s currents, as these are still protected by copyright.

The most popular items at Galerie Mont-blanc are unquestionably Klimt's "The Kiss," Hokusai's "The Wave off Kanagawa," Mondrian's "Composition in Yellow, Red, Blue and Black," Kandinsky's "Yellow, Red, Blue," and Van Gogh's Almond Blossom, in that order of appreciation.

If requested, we will gladly ship our paintings without a wooden frame. The canvas will be rolled and tubed. This option significantly reduces the cost of production and shipping. For this type of request, please contact our customer service by email or phone.

Taxes and customs fees
Items shipped outside of Switzerland may be subject to taxes, customs duties and other taxes in the country of destination, hereinafter referred to as "Import Fees". By placing an order, the recipient of the order agrees to be designated as the importer of record in the country of receipt of the order and is responsible for the import charges. For each imported item, you authorize Galerie Mont-Blanc to designate a carrier to act as an intermediary with the competent authorities for the management and payment of import fees in the country of destination. In the case of an order placed as a gift or as an intermediary for another person, you agree to give the above authorizations on behalf of the recipient named in your order. For details on actual import charges, or to obtain documents or receipts in connection with customs clearance, you may contact the designated carrier indicated in your shipment confirmation.

Delivery time is approximately 14 business days.

In your "my account" area, you can track the progress of your order. In addition, with the shipment of your order, we will attach your DPD tracking number. From then on, you can simply connect to the DPD website (https://www.dpd.com/tracking) to get real-time information.

Return policy and refunds

If you change your mind before the product is shipped, contact us as soon as possible by:

Get the invoice we emailed you when you called, or attach it to your complaint e-mail. No justification for returning the order is necessary.

Because it happens to change your mind, you have 14 days to return the product free of charge in its original packaging. Simply contact customer service by phone (10am-12:30pm & 2pm-6:30pm Monday through Thursday, and 10am-12:30pm & 2pm-5pm on Friday). You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

After sales

Oil paintings do not require any special maintenance. However, overexposure to light should be avoided to prevent the colors from fading.

Our paintings come with a hanging system.

Absolutely, all bank data is encrypted (SSL technology, Secure Socket Layer). This guarantees that they do not circulate on the internet and therefore cannot be intercepted. Your banking data is in no way communicated to Galerie Mont-Blanc.

The gift cards are indeed a service offered, accessible directly on the site, in the section provided for this purpose.
The gift card will be sent by email immediately after the purchase. You will be able, at your convenience, to print it and present it personally to the lucky recipient or to transfer it by email.
The code should be inserted during the finalization of the order. It is only usable on our website. Gift cards are not exchangeable or refundable. If there are any difficulties in using your voucher, our customer service will be able to help you via the contact section.
